Gillian Mullings

BIO

Ms. Mullings has practiced in the Commercial Law, Civil Litigation and Conveyancing arena of law for twenty-two (22) years. She has planned and completed land subdivisions/developments in the Kingston and St. Andrew area and in the resort areas of Jamaica.

 

She has worked on several noted civil litigation matters in the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal and has also appeared before the Privy Council.

Ms. Mullings’s practice area includes Litigation, Probate, Real Estate and Divorce. She also has a commercial law practice.

She has represented a wide range of clients including Don Crawford, Audley Shaw, Dr. Jepthath Ford, JUTC, Jacqueline Tyson-Niederhauser, Spencer Darlington and many other public figures.


Gillian Mullings graduated with Honours from the University of the West Indies in 1996. Thereafter she obtained her certificate of legal education at the Norman Manley Law School where she graduated in 1998 and was called to the Jamaican Bar.

Gillian is also engaged in the creation of offshore vehicles in the English speaking Caribbean for corporate clients and private individuals. Gillian is bilingual and has negotiated Spanish language business agreements in the Dominican Republic and other Spanish language jurisdictions.

She has worked on many civil litigation matters in the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal and has also appeared before the Privy Council.

Her interests include sailing, painting and travelling. She is a patron of the Arts and a collector of Fine Art.

Abigail Henry

JUNIOR ASSOCIATE

BIO

Ms. Henry is a recent graduate of the Norman Manley Law School who was called to the bar as an Attorney-at-Law in December 2020. She practices in Civil Litigation, Commercial Law and Probate Law. She has worked on matters at the Parish Court and Supreme Court. 

 

Ms. Henry is the Junior Counsel on our team of Attorneys and assists with matters under our extensive areas of practice including Civil Litigation.
